This charming home is available for short stays year round.  It rents for a minimum of two nights, in the off season, and weekly or monthly in the summertime.

There are three bedrooms, two baths, an open living, dining and kitchen area and working fireplace on the main floor. There are skylights for great natural lighting and three sets of French doors, which open onto decks surrounding the front and side of the home.  Downstairs, there is a finished playroom with a large screen TV, a small office area, a separate bedroom (4th bedroom) and a laundry room. 

The outdoor pool (40x16 inground) has its own dining table, chairs and chaise lounges. The entire property is fenced in for privacy.  It is beautifully landscaped and has a Nature Preserve bordering the backyard. The pool area is additionally fenced.

The house is one mile from the bay beaches and three miles to the ocean beaches of Amagansett and East Hampton.  The bay beaches have great sunsets and wonderful outdoor waterfront restaurants.

Amenities include outdoor shower, outdoor grill, unlimited local and long distance phone service withing the U.S., wireless internet service, cable TV/DVD/VCR, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, sheets and towels, down comforters, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, movies, books and board games.
