Manhattan Apartment is a full one bedroom home that is all
yours for your NYC stay. There are two beds, a Queen
Pillowtop bed in the separate bedroom and a Queen sofabed in
the living room. The beds are on opposite ends of the
apartment, affording privacy to guests. Top quality sheets,
down comforters and down pillows are all provided.
Like our other properties, this is an unoccupied apartment
which means that it is kept strictly for Guest Rentals, so
only your belongings will fill the closet, drawers,
tabletop, cabinets and refrigerator.
The apartment features
beautiful exposed brick walls throughout, giving it a warm
and inviting feel.
The LIVING ROOM features a lovely tan Sofa (which pulls out
to a comfortable Queen Bed), a large screen cable TV/DVD,
dresser, closet and two windows facing North. The BEDROOM,
on the other end of the apartment, has a Queen Pillowtop
bed. The EAT-IN-KITCHEN has a dining table for four and is
stocked with dishes, coffee cups, water glasses, wine
glasses, cutlery etc, in the event you decide to forego the
many restaurants located right outside. There is a glass
paned door that separates the Living Room from the Kitchen,
offering privacy to any guest or guests sleeping in the
living room. There is a full bathroom with lots of fresh
towels and paper products.
There is Complimentary Wireless Internet, Cable TV/DVD, and
unlimited local and long distance phone service within the
U.S. and Canada (yes, free!).

This Apartment is located in Manhattan's prestigious Upper
East Side neighborhood, on a quaint, tree lined street
between First and York Avenues, on East 75th Street. This
apartment is on the second floor of a six story building.
There is an ELEVATOR.
The Apartment has EXCELLENT ACCESS TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
- located within a few blocks of the Subway and Bus Stops.
This Apartment is situated in close vicinity to Central
Park, Museum Mile, Time Square, Lincoln Center, Madison
Avenue Boutiques, Bloomingdales, Upper West Side, The United
Nations, Cornell Medical Hospital, The Hospital for Joint
Diseases, The Hospital for Special Surgery, Memorial
