This beautifully decorated apartment is set-up as a TWO Bedroom with Two Queen beds, one in the separate and spacious bedroom and the other on the opposite side of the apartment in an area adjacent to the living room. This is a great apartment for people preferring two separate Queen beds in separate areas of the home. There is additionally a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living room area, for a total of Three Queen Beds. We provide everything imaginable to make your vacation or business trip a memorable and enjoyable one. This apartment is perfectly located right in the center of Manhattan, where you can walk to everything.
The Living Room Area has a comfortable floral sleeper sofa that pulls out to a Queen bed, coffee table, cozy reading chair, and desk area. There is a large flat screen cable TV with DVD, stereo radio/CD player, wireless internet and a laser printer. Sit and relax after a full day of touring Manhattan!
The Master Bedroom features a Queen Pillowtop bed with reading lamps on both sides of the bed, dresser, closet, large cable TV in a decorative armoire, and a Bose clock radio. Top quality sheets, down comforter and down pillows are provided. There is a large picture window that faces East, providing lots of great morning sunlight.
The Den/Guest Bedroom area features a Mahogany Queen Sleigh bed with matching antique dresser and oval mirror, end table, lamps on both sides of the bed, clock radio, and a large picture window facing West. Top quality sheets, down comforter and down pillows are provided.
The Kitchen has everything needed to cook gourmet meals. There is a gas stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with freezer, sink, countertops and coffee maker, microwave, toaster and even a crockpot. Plates, silverware, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, corkscrew, are all provided. There are even coffees and teas provided for your enjoyment.
The Dining Area is right outside the kitchen and features a round dining table for four. Placemats, napkins, dinnerware, serving dishes, wine glasses and candles are all on hand for your in-dining pleasure.
The Bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink with storage below, mirrored medicine cabinet for your toiletries, and plenty of fresh towels. There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and soaps.
This BUILDING features uniformed DOORMAN at the front door, 24 hours per day, seven days per week to greet you. This building has a nice lobby with two elevators. The building has its own laundry facilities downstairs. There is a dry cleaner and laundry service in the building right next door.
The NEIGHBORHOOD of Midtown East is located right in the center of Manhattan. This gives you easy access to Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, Wall Street, the Staten Island Ferry and ferries to the Statute of Liberty and Ellis Island, New York University, and Columbia University.
